About us

Hirearchy’s journey as a new-age HR consulting firm began in 2018 with our intense passion to scout the right people and build strong teams for our clients. Recruiting and nurturing the best team players is always going to be a top priority for employers, whether a small company, startup or a corporate juggernaut. Hiring skilled individuals and forming a cohesive team are crucial to executing your company’s vision. And because it can make or break your business, every “Hire” is critical. After doing her Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration, she worked in QAI, a global consulting firm, for over 5 years. Later she joined India’s largest private insurance company, ICICI Prudential and managed communications for over 3 lakh advisors pan – India .
